Finally...new appliances!!!

They're here! Finally the long awaited new washer and dryer along with a few other appliances arrived. With the even more recent addition of a dishwasher. Our dishwasher went out on Monday so now our appliance remodel is complete. It looks like a new kitchen! Here are some pics of what they look like:

Matthew's Birthday

Last year of single digits, Matthew was very excited to turn 9yrs old. We surprised him on his birthday and took him to Lego Land and then out to eat at Rainforest Cafe. The kids had a blast at Lego land building/racing Lego cars, riding the few rides they had, and watching the 4D movie that (spoil alert) sprays water at you. The kids tell everyone how much they enjoyed Rainforest Cafe, but I found this very humorous due to the fact they couldn't keep their hands from their ears. Every time the animals would get wound up they flinched and covered their ears. We had to threaten to get the few pics without ears covered. We later had a family party with Grandma/Grandpa & Mimi/Pawpaw. Happy Birthday Matthew!
