Valentine's Day was nice. I made sour cream chicken enchiladas, salsa, guacamole, and veggies. Mom, Dad, and Uncle Chris came and feasted with us. We played dice after and decorated valentine cookies. Matt had a fire going, it was a relaxing day.

Valentine's Day/Snow
What a week! Ava and Matthew had their Valentine's party at Plano Super Bowl. First time bowlers for both of them. They did well and had tons of fun. Matthew got a strike which he was very proud of. Jake and Jillian had fun watching all the bowlers. They had more fun with their friends, twins Leah and Ella. Rachael was at preschool that day having her own Valentine Party. They ate McDonald's and had yummy Valentine cookies. They also passed out valentines to each other. Which we worked very hard on the night before. By the time we picked her up she was all tuckered out. That was not the end of the excitement. It started snowing during the night and continued to snow all day! We ended up with a record 12.5inches of snow! Friday, Matt got to stay home from work and we had fun in the snow. Other things that went on during this eventful week was Matthew lost another tooth. He was very pleased, especially when he awoke the next morning. Jillian has been more vocal using three word sentences. She has also discovered how many corn kernels she can shove in her ear. Thank goodness I only found two (I hope). Jake is Jake. He continues to be the instigator, and loves to make Jillian scream. Ava had a great week with her piano lessons. Mr Porter advanced her further in her lessons. She is very pleased with herself. Rachael is using the potty more and more. Still having some accidents but we're getting there.
